Jacobus Kotze Van Wyk
Kotze obtained a B.Com LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 1994. After doing his articles in the Western Cape, he was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa in 1997.
He then moved to Uitenhage as partner of an existing firm and a few years later became a founding partner of a new firm until joining Du Plessis & Hofmeyr Inc in Somerset West as director, in June 2008.
His main fields of practice are conveyancing, administration of deceased estates and commercial agreements.

Andries Havenga
He holds a B.Comm, LLB qualification and has been practising as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer since 1983. He has 30 years experience as an Attorney and is involved in various community service organizations and projects.
He is a member of the Institute of Financial markets and has lectured on Property Law.
He is Married to Amanda and they have three children. His quality time interests are reading financial and economic articles and books and he does furniture restoration.
He has completed a number of marathons including the Two Oceans and Comrades Marathons.
